For simple meetings and seminars (with or without registration fees), ChapterManager lets you control the display, description and registration functions (up to 4 fee levels) for members and non-members, and accept online payments.  Post events for other groups, too, for which you don’t accept registrations.

Updating is simple, and the online calendar is self-maintaining.  Events automatically drop off the Upcoming Events list once the event date has passed.

ChapterManager’s back-office automatically stores your list of registrants, payment records (including payment date and method) and allows you to include earned professional certification points / hours.

Print sign-in sheets (including name and payment status) and attendee name badges that include your organization’s logo. You can also export your registration data to a spreadsheet.

Use the Event Manager module to handle your most complex and important revenue-generating events including trade shows, reverse trade shows and multi-day conferences.  Fast and efficient: committee members work from the same, central database.

  • Create and price the EVENT SPONSORSHIPS that work best for you: include booths, program ads, signage, tickets, anything!  Add sponsor logos to the event pages, too.
  • Sell EXHIBIT BOOTHS and control inventory. You determine the sizes, prices and the number of booths to sell. Your sales display in real-time and the web site is updated automatically... your list of participating vendors and available booths stays current!  Add your exhibit hall floor plan, too.
  • Offer PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENTS for unlimited types, sizes and prices. The Event Manager tracks sales, inventory and shows users what’s available and what’s sold out.
  • FLEXIBLE PRICING OPTIONS allow full conference or single day admissions, guest/spouse registrations, payments for recreational events, additional corporate admissions and other options. There’s no limit to the add-ons you can create.
  • PARTICIPANT SURVEYS. Avoid standing room only events. Attendees indicate which classes and seminars they’re likely to attend, so you'll be ready with the seating and materials they need.

MEETINGS MODULE

  • Recommended for single-day or fee-simple (or no-charge) meetings and seminars (the Event Manager Module is suggested for more complex events).
  • Accepts unlimited registrants – or cap registration whenever you like.
  • Create unlimited payment levels/options, and require member log-in for member-only levels.
  • Online payment via credit card/P-card, or registrants may indicate they will pay by check. Check payments indications are stored in the back office records, and display as “Pending” until check data in entered (following receipt of payment). 
  • Includes fields for venue name, address, start/end date(s) and start/end time.
  • HTML-compatible text editor for event descriptions with formatting options.
  • Registration link toggles “on” or “off” to allow posting events for which the organization does not accept registrations.
  • “Cancel” option stores canceled/postponed events without deletion to protect any registration records.
  • Meetings are automatically removed from the front end display the day following the event. Records remain in the back-office area, and are automatically moved to an events archive 30 days following the end date.
